  • 1 Lb Pilsner Malt
  • 1 Lb Wheat malt
  • 0.2 oz German Hallertau (60 Min)
  • 1/4 tsp Irish Moss (15 Min)
  • 3 Bags Constant Comment (3 Min and Removed at Flame-out)
  • 3/4 Lb Honey (Flame-out)

Yeast: Wyeast 3333 (German Wheat)
